Michael Vick has been indicted for running dog fights. If guilty, what should his punishment be?
I would say that for every year of life that was stolen from each of the dogs on his property, he should spend a year in jail.
I just answered this Featured Question, you can answer it too!

Hmm.. since a human year is like 7 doggy years, he’d get off light.
And just think of all the innocent, trusting, little pet dogs and cats that were stolen from cars and yards and dishonestly adopted and otherwise taken to use as bait to “bloody” these dogs during training. Including I read that on the treadmills there was a rope hanging down so as to dangle a cat or small dog in front to keep the pitt bull running. My little dog passed away from old age but I remember she was scared of storms and the sound of the dishwasher, etc. Animals have feelings and fears and that must have been a horrific death for the little things.
That’s an interesting option too… I wonder though how they’d be able to figure out exactly how many dogs he killed… still it seems reasonable.
